BLUE SKY AT VISTA RIDGE

Blue Sky is a higher density community located within the Vista Ridge Subdivision in Erie, Colorado. Condos of various sizes, 1 bedroom-3 bedroom units with intelligent floor plans. Some have garages, and garages are transferable between units. The units run from around 950sf to just under 1700sf. Blue Sky has it’s own swimming pool, hot tub and clubhouse, but does not have access to the Vista Ridge clubhouse or pools. This is a great option for lower cost living in Erie.
