Baseline is a master-planned mixed use community and the future home of the Butterfly Pavillion in Northeast Broomfield. East of I-25, and South of Highway 7. It is also bordering the E-470 which can swiftly carry you to Denver International Airport making this a great spot for frequent travelers.
